Tom Jones has been having a spell of success lately, despite the far from ideal ‘carp weather’ conditions we’re currently encountering. Managing to steer away from the beer gardens, Tom decided a trip down his local Yorkshire syndicate was in order, not a bad shout considering he tallied up three fish over the session, all of which breaking the 20lb barrier. The biggest of the bunch coming in the …way of a 28lb common, a tad down in weight as the fish usually visits the bank the top side of 30lb, nevertheless its captor tells us this is irrelevant to him, as he’s bagged his target fish for the year in addition to landing himself a new pb common. All three fish were caught in open water, over small tight beds of mixed 15&18mm Formula boilie, on Formula/white 365 snowmen presentations. Good going considering the weather and a big congratulations on the pb. Well in that man!!
